"There are more than one ways to skin a cat" It's an idiom that mean there are more than one ways to do something But the literal meaning is "ways to peel off skin a cat" which is animal cruelty And saying anything which indicates animal cruelty in PETA interview (which is an animal welfare organization) is stupid. That was the joke
